I think this is a really interesting photo, Claudia. It's because of the angle of the fence behind them -- it almost looks like the photo should be "straightened" to make the fence perpendicular to the sides of the photo. But then I looked at the people and they're all perfectly upright. So I guess there's a slight incline behind them. Don't you love old family photos?!
I was looking at some of my photos this morning also wondering who took the photo. I'll never know for my photos.
It's funny, I do not remember that fence and that is me in the photo. The house was on a hill and my dad had it terraced to make two gardens. He got a lot of vegetables and fruit out of the back yard. It looks like a warm spring day before things started to bloom. Photo was taken about 1955, perhaps it was at Easter.
