As always, I have to give women of that time a great pat on the back...trying to sit comfortably on a rock in a dress and heels and hat;) Lovely snapshot -- shows so much of the time period and I'm sure has a great story to go along with it.
They look so casual - they must have been strong people :) I had some terrifying, life-flashing-before-your-eyes type experiences at McConnells Mill. There is nothing there that is flat. Nothing.
